That's IMPRESSIVE kit bashing.

Yup. I'm just going to get the "D" cap out and go stand in the corner  :banghead:

Great workmanship
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Thanks, gents!

For once I really worked at the PSR, rather than rushing through it, & it seems to have paid off. <_<

OK, so this is a fail for the GB over on BtS. :(

This is where I got to:

Wings are just dry-fitted to the fuselage & the nacelles are just dry-fitted to the wings.

However, the build goes on! ;D

Looks like a bit of internal structural framing is required, then it's PSR time! (Oh, joy! :banghead: )

Impressive! I like this more each time I check in.

this is seriously cool - I like it a lot. The engines over the wings like that give it a bit of that 70's and 80's industrial Russian look (something I personally really like)
Will be watching this come together :)

Thank you very much, gentlemen!

That does look good.

Have you literally put the engine nacelles on the wings upside down and trimmed to suit the different wing curvature?

Yes ... & No. ;D

The nacelles have been flipped & fitted to the opposite wings, which has pretty much fixed the sweep & curvature issues.

However, I've also cut off the front of the nacelles & re-attached them right-side up, & I've fitted the rear section of the nacelle (a separate unit) up the right way ... hence the big V-shaped gap at the rear.

Now, back to the PSR!
