And  . . .  speaking of flying boats . . .  been rolling around the possibility of kitbashing an airfix PBY hull with the airfix B-24.  Your build here reminded me of that    Looking forward to more of the Grebe.

Yes, but I was thinking of opening up the PBY hull on the topside to "drop" the Liberator down into it . . . . is that whacked out or what?

Whacked?  How else would you do it?  That seems a completely sensible thing to do.  I can't wait to see it.
