Jeepers, a Yak 9 meets a BP Defiant, with a side order of a Dyson vacuum cleaner!  :o :o :o
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

I'd stop counting but i'm scared that as soon as I do i'll lose a hand in a bizarre decaling accident.

Touch ups finished.  Next I paint the wheel wells and cockpit interior and then clear and decals.  i should prolly look at fitting the turret into the turret hole somehow as well.
Also have to paint the lift engine and its cowling and all the other fiddley bits.

OK Chris.  On your head be it... (23)

Today I painted the wheel wells and interior.
When did the Soviets start using that odd bluey green?  I realised after I started using it on this that maybe it was after WW2.

That's it blame me  ;)

As for the bluey green ? I'm sure it was post war as I think it came about from some psychological research suggesting it had a calming effect ? And that doesn't sound like something they'd have done in WWII somehow.
