Yes this is very possible, they have already done so in last 12 months.

Believe it or not, the bridge gets updates far more often than the landscape. But these are almost unseen. For instance, the navigational light, on furthest of three fender piers (NW side) has relocated to the second (middle) fender piers. Luckily I am not bothering with the finer details of the bridge; or else I would have made at least ten minor changes over the last year. These updates are not publicized but I know this bridge quite well, and ride over it at least once a week. I notice the changes, and I am grateful for not being a perfectionist, or the bridge would never be finished.
