I am gutted I couldn't finish it for the deadline, or have it stand on its own three, erm ....boots 
I like the aircraft, as Turbo props and obscure Russian stuff is a favourite of mine. Needless to say I won't be rushing out and buying another one, unless someone makes some one piece white metal landing gear for it.

Looking forward to the finish...my recommendation would be, if its a whiff, use alternative undercarriage legs

That very well could be the answer to it's problems, good idea that. I may well make some from ally tube and rod.
