Devilfish

As much as I'd love to, I don't think I'm going to make it to this one.

Nick

If I turn up at this one something unusual will have happened on Saturday. Either I'll have won the Lotto or my managers will have said/done something stupid enough for me to tell them what I really think of them. Let's hope it's the first one....

Have fun and let me know what I'm missing!

Radish

Looking forward to it.....bringing some 1/72nd aircraft....
A RN Corsair IV (from Biggles), a Hippie Elephant (from Hippie Plastic), a Special Air Police Beaufighter (Biggles) and hopefully an armed creature (GOTH).
I also have a new HAT....one of several I've been working on. :o

Is there a plan anywhere??
I'll be attached to IPMS Stafford (but on another planet, in the spirit world, or just buzzin' dudes!!)
Once you've visited the land of the Loonies, a return is never far away.....

Still His (or Her) Majesty, Queen Caroline of the Midlands, Resident Drag Queen

Rheged

Still recovering after surgery, so yet another show I miss. Lots of pictures, please, especially the hippie elephant and the honourable gentleman's new hat.
"If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you....."
It  means that you read  the instruction sheet

How 'attached' are IPMS Stafford to you?

For those attending tomorrow. Our stand is located in the Robin Hanger behind the Vickers Viscount.

We have 12 foot single depth display space to play with. The stand is allready set up with a few models of mine already in place, the rest is there to be filled.
I always hope for the best.
Unfortunately,
experience has taught me to expect the worst.

Size (of the stash) matters.

IPMS (UK) What if? SIG Leader.
IPMS (UK) Project Cancelled SIG Member.

Weaver

Well I'm bringing everything as usual....

Buckets of pics from the Coventry Show.

General view of the stand, with Weaver showing off his T shirt and casting a baleful look at the Venerable Mike McEvoy.

Mike looking boggled.  ;D

The SIG stand in four parts.

Weaver's Swift winged Fury with a Swift alongside for comparison.

A trio of Howard of Effingham's models.

Some of Mike's Qinetic collection.

FAA on top, and some 'Weaver' jobs underneath.

The Awesome Bristol Freighter gunship and some long winged things above.

Top left is Mike's Shorts Sealand Admiral's barge, in the middle are some of Weaver's British Antarctic Survey fleet, and my  Comanche Crossbow in the foreground.

OGL's MASSIVE Luft '46 flying saucer.

My DC9-BJ (that's 'Business Jet....') that was hiding at the back.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Other pics of stuff that wasn't on the SIG stand.

Radish himself, with decorated helmet.  ;D

Radish's RAF Kfir.

....and his Biggles Air Police Beaufighter.

That Huntsman again, well worth another showing.

A 'quick' way to learn to drive? BSM run one of the largest driving schools in the UK, for those who don't recognise the scheme.

A very nice IDF Harrier.

A USAF Lightning, note the superb 'burner effect in the exhaust plumes.

A very nicely done Arrow.

There was no bale involved, honestly!

If I'd known I had such a daft look on my face in that pic I'd have got you to take a proper one after all...

More worried than baleful i'd say.

Good pics Kit.  Thanks for sharing.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

It looks like he's bending the knee with some trepidation but hoping for leniency to me

Some great stuff there Kit, thanks for sharing
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.
