Being of a similar age to most of the cast & having a bit of a crush on Molly Ringwald back in the day I saw it a couple of times.

Sixteen Candles, The Breakfast Club, Pretty in Pink & The Pickup Artist also introduced me to various other actors who I consider to be rather better than Molly at their job; James Spader, John Cusak & Robert Downey Jr, specifically.

I touched in some detail painting today and started the decaling.  There are a lot of "machinery" decals which go into recesses on the body which need microsol to get them to conform properly.
Public Holiday tomorrow and I plan to spend most of it in the shed.

Got the decals finished today.
Also glued on a few parts and flowed some clear paint into the front and rear light recesses.
I reckon I could have just squeezed this in before the original deadline but now i don't have to rush it and can do a better job.
