I did that with a 1/16th Tamiya Tiger I umpteen years ago, and that was with late 60s size Rx and servos. It should be a doddle doing it with today's RC stuff.

if the cost projections ive just seen on a quick google are correct,

Less than I paid for my 1:48 B-52   or either of my 22" Eagle kits,  and less than a couple of the new Takom Chieftains in 1:35

if it was my thing, ( which it isn't ) the figures would have been looked at seriously in comparison to time / fun.

But I know Martin likes 1:72 Armour, and hes done a cracking job on the stuff that he shows on the show table

yup Kit 1:72, its a paper project and a quick wiki gets rough measurements of 35M long hull, 14M wide hull 11M high.
