The wood effect on cars

Hi Guys,
I have just been watching YouTube. They showed a section on ' unusual cars'.
These actually have been driven under their own power. A couple have been made out of wood, which got me thinking on using the same wood grain decals produced by Uschi van der Rosten or something similar.
I vaguely remember seeing a Jaguar  E-Type Roadster  body hanging from a ceiling in an art gallery made entirely of wood.
Which looked cool!
So the model that I have chosen is the Heller 1/24 Jaguar Type E 3L8 FHC.
I do have other model car kits in 1/25 and 1/24 scales but this is the closest to hand.
