Glad to see everyone seems to be enjoying this thread. ;D

Now thatthe Bordurian tank and Daimler armoured car and finished, it's back to the Opel Olympia and Peugeot 403.

The Opel is almost done, but it's been a bit of a slog masking painting, repainting, masking and repainting. Not sure why, but paint just seems to be getting in the darndest of places.

Thd side vents were bugging me, so they got a re-sand, Which necessitated a repaint.

Thanks!

I'm glad they are posed next to rolls of tape etc, then we can remember how small they are

I think Greg spends a lot of his time building MONSTER rolls of tape and ENORMOUS X-Acto knives just to fool us. The cars are really 1/24 scale.  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Hah! you've figured out my trick... it takes some talent to build 3/1 scale exacto knives...

Since the Opel just has a few niggling little details before being "done" I thought I'd save the "big reveal", but the Peugeot 403 still has a ways to go.  I was happy to get the grill on the front, but when I put some of the detailing on the sides I managed to smudge the CA glue around a bit.  So I had to give it a bit of a sanding and repainting.  A bit more effort, but I think it'll pay off in the end.'

And let's have a warm welcome for my new cutting matt, making it's (slightly garish neon green) debut!

Thanks!

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.
