I always hope for the best.
Unfortunately,
experience has taught me to expect the worst.

We have double tables booked in same location row as previous year, 'What-If' adjacent to 'Project Cancelled' to allow for the usual overspill between, i'm hoping we can arrange for an extra table too to display Luciano's wonderful paintings

hoping to see y'all there, cheers, Joe

I do hope to be there, just do not expect me to be doing much running about, or even moving about.
Joe if you could possibly remember to bring certain resin castings that you said you had completed about two years ago it would be greatly appreciated. I will not hold my breath as I place a great value on my continued survival.

Please Joe, a "slightly less able senior citizen" is a bit more politically correct.

one day I will make it to the Glasgow Show!, but not this year.

Jaybee.

My thoughts and prayers for you. I'll miss you like, but perfectly understandable if you do not make it to SMW next month.

Saying that he promised me some engine exhausts several years ago as well, so far only got two of the promised eight of which me requirements have grown by two.

Hiyas Alastair, il have to find the mould again to make some more   as an aside, as you chaps know I do resin bits casting as and when I can at no charge, as usual not enough days in the week tho  :banghead:

On reflection, I think il leave this resin bits malarkey to concentrate on full kits to sell as each pour mix takes same amount of time wither a small nosecone or a whole fuselage moulding

cheers, Joe

Did we get any Photos from the show before the table collapse  :banghead:. Yes one of the tables for What-if suddenly collapsed mid show when a bolt holding the leg in place sheared dropping that side of the stand to the floor and some of the models with it. Most of the damage was repairable, although I have yet to do mine as we didn't find the missing swift nose wheel until we packed up

I only managed to get a few photos this time as I was having a little difficulty getting round the place.

First we have the SIG table With next to it Project Cancelled, and beyond that, on the corner the "Stealth Airliner SIG".

The "Stealth Airliner SIG"

Thorvic's wonderful WG11

Incidentally that little Landrover with trailer is a radio controlled model, 1/72 (or 1/76) scale that was driving around the table. With working headlights and braking lights, it had a run time, on a full charge of about 90secs.

A few others from around the show

Hmmmmm.  Has the bolt been analysed?  Are we sure this was not a deliberate act of sabotage?

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Thanks JayBee, at least you managed to get a shot before the disaster

(thanks for the photo of the WG-11 )
