IPMS(UK) Scale Model World 2017 - 11/12 November

If I can ever get in gear and start building the damn thing........and win the lottery  ........I'd bring my 1/350 scale Habakkuk (6 feet long) to Telford and wow the crowd and judges with that.    That would be surprising to see something that BIG get an award. 

That it would! 

You may need a hi-lift forklift to get it upstairs to the competition gallery though. 

I might also need a very large walk in freezer to help keep it cold.

Maybe they'd give you special dispensation to display it downstairs though, as a couple of years ago we had a full size tank in Hall 3, and it drove in under its own power!

He can always park it at my place: it won't go through the gate* but I'd LOVE to see him park it on the kerb and then watch the impatient ****s try to take the wing mirror off it by passing it too closely...



*Well I suppose, technically, it would, if I wanted a wider and messier gateway and/or no telephone line (the telephone pole is one of my "gate stumps").
