Amy Shira Teitel is an author and researcher who's written a book about the pre-Apollo space program and has a very good Youtube channel called Vintage Space. She doesn't do much modelling (though she has done a bit in the past) but here she builds the snap-together Pegasus 1/48th scale V-2:
