nope, probably just water,  in a previous job, one of the customers used to courier 2*25L drums to us every week so that certain quality test could be done with water that local to them, as opposed to the "alien" stuff that was tap water where I worked.  and that was for something as low tech as a Steel rolling oil.

I have done the "suspicious packages" training course.  This consists of reading a booklet and then doing a multiple choice test (with the booklet to refer to).  By this means the country is rendered safe.   :o
Basically if it doesn't have wires sticking out or powder leaking from it then it's good to go.
