Yes, BIG mistake. 

But you could have mitigated it by ensuring the loft light switch was located in a secret place.

Firstly - I'm relieved to say that I'm not tempted by anything on offer  note - that's relieved from a cash-flow point of view only!

Secondly - Placing of kits BEHIND the water-tank works very well, especially if you only allow a narrow crawl-space through to the area beyond!

I'd need the mother of all water tanks to do that with my lot! 

OGL would need a reservoir up in his loft!

Thank goodness Mrs_PR19 is on my side with regards to my kit collection, she even bought me the A-440M that I'm building now.
