(Also, do I see contraprops in the sketch?) Of course, the design "might" be "slightly" top-heavy due to the engine (will it be turboprop even?)

It's got TWO engines, there's another one at the back, so maybe it has four contraprops too?

Cheese at bedtime.
;D

;D ;D And there was me thinking it took a couple of bottles of red  ;D

How quaint, a one person cheese and wine party in the modelling den.

Sic biscuitus disintegratum!

Cats are not real.
They are just physical manifestations of collisions between enigma & conundrum particles.

Any aircraft can be improved by giving it a SHARKMOUTH!

I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

loupgarou

Really a perverse design.  :o
Must have been a really strong cheese. What do you use for your midnight snack?  ;D
Owing to the current financial difficulties, the light at the end of the tunnel will be turned off until further notice.

Having looked it up: метательное копье means javelin (if Russian) or throwing stick (if Ukrainian), according to Google Translate. So, the probable contextual translation is "throwing spear".

"Chucking Stick" ?  ;)
I wouldn't rule out the possibility that after at least a couple of passes through Google Translate, this is the translation of the English name "Shake-speare"...

Javelin (Javelin Engineering is a subsidiary of zenrat industries).
However, any connection between OKB MeKo and zenrat industries is unproven and all reporting on the matter is subject to multiple suppression orders.
Continue asking questions only if you wish to see the inside of a SeStaPo Divvy Van.

Favoured snacking cheese is Granny's Blue from Red Hill Cheese.  A creamy mild blue which goes well with port, muskat or other fortified wine.

Design specifics of the MeKo 7 will be revealed as the build progresses but I will say that it has two engines driving a pair of contra-rotating propellers.  It being possible to declutch and shut down the rear engine in cruise.

Today I neatened up some of the cuts, adjusted the fit of the Airacobra nose to the Duck hull and glued the back half of the Mustang fuselage to said nose.

The day is getting closer when I sand off all those lovely rivets.

What a fantastic idea!  I would have never dreamed of combining those parts, but clearly you had the right idea because it's looking great.

Same here... I don't have the imagination for something like, it's looking very interesting indeed.

Today I added a dashboard and seat for the helmsman.
I also added some vertical panelling to cover the gap beneath the Airacobra exhaust hole (engine covers for the rear engine) and some horizontal to cover the gap adjacent to the Mustang fuselage (walkways along the side of the hull between the wings and tails).
I have decided to give this a folding mast and large folding rudder so it can be sailed (hence the walkways).  Reasons for this will be explained in the back story.
