Roughly translated from Spanish when the Honduras army capture a Cartel base close to the border. The vehicle looked to have been in the sea a lot and left to rot away for some time, so probably will not be movable anymore. It's use/purpose, ...? well a few ideas were bounced around until a farmer told them what he had seen it do. He said that it used to drive across the estuary in to Honduras with troops inside and also to carry packages there too. He said it drove across the bottom and they used ti mostly at night. It never got used that often  and in later times it pulled in a flying boat off the sandbanks, as they put a winch on it too. Then it was left where it stopped one day and stayed for several years.
Parts bin special with styrene card hull. This thing is a submersible personnel and contraband carrier, that drives across the sea bed, and also has buoyancy tanks and water jets, along with a periscope.
