Nice picking! I'm being lazy here. I just used the 1/48 Mirage III aftermarket decal directly. I'm surprised how little customization required for the tail stripe. Basically I just cut off a little bit of the front stripe. Looks like the back angle of the tail remains the same for Mirage III and Rafale!

Dassault fins are SO distinctive, but they all have style.  :thumbsup:
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model
