I think we do not have a thread for this low-budget brand from Poland, but it's worth a start because - beyond vintage KP, Intech, Plastyk and other (partly revamped) vintage stuff, there's apparently a good offer out there right now: a reboxed Heller Fouga Magister (which is IMHO light years ahead of the primitive Airfix thing that is still around). In itself, this is goos news, but - as a side benefit - this kit comes with loads of interesting decals/markings:

Just ordered one, and I hope that the molds are not too worn. Otherwise, this looks promising for just around EUR 10,-.  ;D

I've picked up some of their stuff at shows Dizzy' and there's nothing wrong with it at all. Ideal as feed stock for your creations I would have thought.

My only slight problem with them is the packaging. Some of the boxes are a lot larger then the kits and the plastic rattles around inside them a bit in transit
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Spey_Phantom

the price is the same as the Heller boxing, not a big fan of the Mistercraft boxes, however the newer releases are in some way decent, and they make for a great source of decals

-all kinds of things.

The Wooksta!

I got one of their reboxed Heller Tempests a year or so back for the decals.

Nothing spectacular,
but the "new" Pe-2 1/72 model
is already on sale.
On my eye, Zwezda's repack with loads of interesting decals/markings.
This looks promising for just around EUR 7. ;)

I've been on the verge of ordering their SU-22M-4 kit. Reviews say its pretty good. Its got to be better than the Hobbycrap kit I have.
Thanks for sharing this.

The Saab 35 is potentially good news - since some Heller kits have been re-boxed recently under the Mistercraft label (e. g. the Magister), I hope it's the Heller Draken, but I expect it to be the vintage Revell mould, because this kit had been sold by Aeroplast, just in te same two versions (Swedish and Austrian, even though the latter contained Danish markings!).

TallEng

Yes I was hoping it was the Heller Draken too
perhaps more interesting for me, any idea whose Hunter it will be?
from the box art its an FGA.9? could it be the old Airfix or Matchbox one?

Keith
The British have raised their security level from "Miffed" to "Peeved". Soon though, security levels may be raised yet again to "Irritated" or even "A Bit Cross". Londoners have not been "A Bit Cross" since the Blitz in 1940 when tea supplies ran out for three weeks

Draken has the Revell box art.  I quite like that kit, although the engineering could be better.

Hunter is the Plastyk kit.  It'll be good for cheap kibash fodder
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

I hope they are better kits than the javelin they produced, I was going to buy one of eBay, as it was reasonable. Good job I read a few reviews on it before I bought it, as nobody has a good word to say about the kit. I have a frog one in the stash, but no idea how accurate or badly fitting they are.

Hobbycraft have Mistercraft stuff in at the moment and the prices are pretty reasonable. The one I noticed was the Convair Pogo for £13 (don't know who's mould it is).

Also, from memory, Hunter, Lynx Mk.8, Hurricane and several others, all 1/72nd scale.

The Pogo would be the KP one I'd have thought. Would anyone go to the expense of cutting new moulds at this stage?

At that price I might get one to check, LOTS of Whiffability in a Pogo.  ;D

Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

Took a peep inside the box of their AV-8B.  Probably the worst-looking kit I've ever seen - AV-8A parts (and crude ones at that) plus a replacement so-called AV-8B wing.

Awful.

The Hunter and Javelin (and I suspect the Spifire VIII) look as though they're based on the old FROG kits of the same.

Curious to know what the origins of their Hurricane I and F-86E are.

Suspect it is: I'm fairly sure it's the same box art.
