The guy is asking for the markings though, not making a statement about it being the induvidual aircraft.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Ah well, it's a pity the museum can't get it right.

But then BAC should have chosen '777 to convert to the '221 if they'd had any sense of history.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

Hannants don't seem to actually have any of the S.55s in stock though, and the FD.2 is STILL in 'future releases' two years after it was announced...

Looking at that shot, it struck me that the S-55 is basically a flying wing.

It is, and in 1/72 model form the wing area is GINORMOUS!  :o

I should Whiff mine into something 'different', perhaps with two Merlins on the roof? And turrets............  ;)

In separate nacelles with pusher props, similar to the tri-motor S.66.

Savoia-Dornier collaboration with four engines in two push-pull pairs, on ducted pylons that contain the radiators, one on top of each fuselage.

With the rear pair on hinges so they could adjust to the best thrust angle after take-off, like the Do-26?  ;)

Dora Wings seem to have access to the inside of my head and know what can make me open my wallet.

They are to release a 1/72 Pilatus PC-6 Turbo Porter (formerly released by BPK).  Plenty of stop for whiffing there.

Or a RW Air America build.

BPK? I don't think I know them.

I've got a Turbo-Porter kit in The Loft, put out by the Austrian IPMS of all people, and it comes with a MONSTER decal sheet that covers the whole aircraft in colour swatches. It was some sort of special edition kit to commemorate a particularly hazardous rescue by one of the Austrian Medical Emergency PC6s.

Big Plane Kits ----  I've got a couple of them.  They still produce the Turbo Porter in 1/72 and 1/144

Todd, Wheels and Wings Hobbies are the Canadian distributors, they're near you I think --
