The ultimate Rolls Royce "ute" was the armoured car surely ?  ;)

There are a surprising number of Rolls Royce and Bently utes.

This one was, IIRC, used to carry sails for the owners ocean going yachts and was on display at the Birdwood Motor Museum in South Australia (well worth a visit).

However, IMO this tops the lot of them - a Royce Sedan Delivery.

Those are simply lovely!  For some reason, they really appeal to me.  :)  That last one, the delivery vehicle, was the sort of thing I had in mind, only taller - more of an ambulance-type body - but that one would do as is, really.
Perhaps a hearse would do as well?

Thanks for those pics - I'm going to save those.  :)

Something like this, but with the rear glass panels replaced with steel/aluminium/metal - oooh - Brass!  or Bronze!

Looks like a hearse, but given the flags and colour I don't think it is ?

I think it is, you can just see the coffin platform in the rear in the 2nd pic. Perhaps it was readied for some exalted personage's funeral?

I just googled "rolls royce hearses" and got a site that sells hearses and limos of all kinds - they had a VW van hearse, and a motorcycle one.  :)

I think T E Lawrence said something about "a Rolls in the desert is priced above rubies".

Wow, that was some thread drift.

I was never happy with the spinning prop discs I made for this so I had another go.  I made some transfers of blurred props but even clear decal paper isn't that clear plus the edges wouldn't settle down.
However, just using clear discs is better than what I did previously and I'm now happy with this build.

Yes, smart indeed.
What surprises me is the long timeframe in which Zenrat Industries did/do exist. I'd have thought that with their kind of ahem... business plan the law would have caught up with them before long...  ;D
Owing to the current financial difficulties, the light at the end of the tunnel will be turned off until further notice.

In the People's Democratic Republic of Victoria, while those (nominally) elected into government may change they always work closely with zenrat industries.  Some try not to but they soon find out they don't really have a choice...
