Thanks Kerick and i think your right. It does have some anime-like styling to it.

Anyway, I sanded the engines and attached them to the wings earlier. Seams were psr-ed. So the wings were glued to the fuselage and the upper fuselage fairing was made to fit between the rear turret and the canopy.

I also made the main undercarriage from the leftover Blenheim undercarriage parts and test fitted them.

Now the floor of the belly isn't yet in place. Need to make a bomb aimers window and bombbay hatches.

Great conversion. It's starting to have that ugly look of other British planes of the 30's/

We don't just embrace insanity here.  We feel it up, french kiss it and then buy it a drink.

Very much so ED. I can also see it in French markings. Looks like something one or two of their designers would come up with.

It wasn't exactly pretty to begin with.

Great work Dave.  My brain is telling me that there should be rudder(s) at the back instead of on the wingtips.  It is obviously programmed to accept traditional layouts and so won't accept something different like this.   :banghead:

During the late 1920-ies and early 1930-ies the RAE ( former RAF, nowadays BAE) were experimenting to find the optimum wing shape. This was done by numerous experiments with wind tunnel models. The next step was an experimental plane which proved stable enough for service. It was decided to build a full scale model which was intended to be a bomber/ radio training aircraft. First flight was in july 1937.

The BE-25 had trapezoidal wings with slotted flaps (Junkers double wings) over the entire rear flap, of which the outer ones were used as ailerons and the inner ones as elevators. The two rudders were in end plates at the wing end. The fuselage was equipped with a bow and stern turret, each with a 7.62-mm machine gun and a bomb pit for 500 kilograms bombs. Although powered by two RR Merlin II engines, it was rather slow due to it's less than efficient body shape.

Yes another David 63cpe masterpiece.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model
