A hero spatial Karawell

Today I bought for my son a Heller 1/800 Airbus A-380, that he wants to build 'normal', and a Heller 1/200 Aérospatiale Caravelle that I want to build as asymmetric 1/72 microjet plane.


Among the 29 parts, I will use only 10.


First gluing before truncation:

First sanding on the starboard side (with need of putty again to fill remaining holes)
then putty on the port side (with sanding to perform soon)...

The Caravelle looks a LOT better shortened than my attempt at doing it to a DC9. 

Much more elegant and stylish, but then it is French of course.

You know, I am French but not Gallic-proud, remember the French Amiot 143 was one of the most ugly planes in History:

Well, maybe I will not have "maximum PSR": my first project was to make the nose solid and paint a black canopy 1/72 of 2-seater but I like this nose/windows (The French Sud-Est bought it from De Havilland/Comet, I have read), so this may be at last "just an asymmetric 1/200 little cargo jet plane" not an asymmetric 1/72 microjet plane. I will decide soon.
