I can see that as a 4 engined type in a push/pull configuration.

NICE idea!
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

And just to make it more bizarrely French, with the pusher engines up on the wings. ;D

That looks as if the engines were afterthoughts!  :o

No, Kit, they used to be on the wings but the maintainers didn't like having to climb ladders to get to them, so they were brought down to where they only needed a small step to conduct maintenance on them. ;)

There were some like that, I've seen some old photos of them.

The Potezs are pretty cool...  looking at this last one, it has a similar profile of that of a UH-60.

Got this to make an East German "Wall Patrol" airplane.  ;D

A 1/72 Academy A-37B arrived today.  This was what I bought with the money I found left on the old travel debit card.
The beauty of this kit is that the wing root mounted engines are moulded with the wings rather than the fuselage.  This makes if easy to transplant them onto something else.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Oh yes, the nose is very 'Dragon Rapide', isn't it?

OK I'm name dropping, but really it's a very good model shop, well stocked, really pleasant, helpful staff.
