Bought this a couple weeks ago with the intention of turning around and giving it away to another forum member here. Been under the weather for a good while now and haven't even looked at it but today finally grabbed it to get it ready to forward to the new owner. Turns out karma shined on me, I guess!!  The kit itself is complete, unopened and has both models of the aircraft but packaged outside of the box was a THIRD bagged model, essentially half of another "kit"! I didn't look long enough to determine if it was the jet or the prop but I went and ahead and kept that one as a consolation prize and still get to send the other two along.  ;D   That kinda made my day, how neat!!

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

And that's a lovely little (emphasis on the 'little'....) model too.

Looks like we'll be in for a glut of tandem 2 seat Hunters this year.  ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

Inspired by nonobars project, I had to have one of these. I'm 99% certain it will be built as-is, however. No whif shenanigans this time I'm afraid.

So, as i've said on an earlier post, i've ordered another AFV club kit, the 1/48 F-5E Tiger III at the same store from where the Saeqeh came from, and as that wasn't enough, i've also bought AFV's Swiss F-5E on ebay, managed to get a best offer price accepted, 10€ less than the listing price making that 31€ shipped... also bought on ebay, Academy's 1/48 KAI T-50 trainer and the 1/48 Hughes 500D TOW chopper, along with a Hobbyboss 1/72 UH-1C chopper. The Huey cost me 6,5€ shipped cause i won a 5£ voucher from ebay, supposedly for making my 145th transaction on there... i just couldn't say no to that... ;D
And after reading a review of the Academy 500D chopper, i bought a CMK resin conversion set for the AH-6F/J... So now, it's the waiting game.

Now, these next two were acquired during the first swap meet of my region's modelling, quite a mark for modellers around here cause there'd never been one in the south of Portugal so, i'm proud to have started the whole discussion which led to the club becoming a reality.

Both for a 1/72 Revell Rafale M i didn't want in my stash and the other modeller really wanted to have in his.

So, i'm still waiting for a few items, the Academy 1/48 MD-500 is in customs as is a 1/48 Fujimi Gazelle. The AFV Club F-5E Tiger III has been delivered to the store and should be on it's way to my parents' house in a couple of days at the most.
And also, recently won a Fujimi 1/48 Bell OH-58 on an auction on ebay as well and there's an Academy MD-500 ASW coming my way from down under, bought at BNA modelworld.

Arrived today, the Bandai 3 Piece Resistance set, only no 1/350 Millennium Falcon, intentionally. Just the Two 1/144 Incom T-70 X-Wings which will be whiffed.

Pulled the trigger on a pre-purchase of the November release of a 'New, Better, More Accurate' Space:1999 Eagle Transporter, in 'Correct' 1/72.

Over 100 KiwiBucks ( :o Ouch!! :o ), but will save a massive amount of time from trying to redo things on the MPC model, and still cheaper than the Unobtanium diecast version.

The computer images on Monsters in Motion look good, and have all and more of the mods I was going to have to make myself.

Now I just have to wait 6 months... oh, and pay the thing off...

You can see the comparison better here, where Round 2 illustrate the MPC Eagle was 1/96th rather than 1/72nd.

They just showed Series 1 and Series 2 on Forces TV in the UK so back in the mood with Space 1999 and will also be getting the new 72nd kit when it appears.
