I had been contemplating getting one of those myself!  Build it now!  (After the Eagle)   ;D

Even if you build that OOB it will still look like a whiff! It's tempting but I have too many other things going on.....

I have one of those vva-14, part built stuck under my modelling chair. It's been there over a year, as it would not go together properly. The main culprits are the sponsons where they attach to the main hull, and the landing gear is terrible too.
Have fun Fred.
Chris

Glued to the chair?  You should use less adhesive...
;D

I have read the reviews and most of them say fit is "challenging".

I've been looking at photos and reading up on it.  I'm tempted to build it with the twelve lift jets which were never provided IRL.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Yeah, the chair underside is one of the few things it will actually stick to. I was forever sticking the weapons pylons back on it as they were not happy about being there.

One word of warning - Warp.
More words of warning  ;) - Both the ones I had suffer from the fuselage halves being bent outwards like banananananas. A good soak in hot water and weighing it down will help.

Dry fit is easy and each half is straight as a die. I think I was lucky!
