Just ordered from BNA Model World, 2 of my "Back in Stock Notification Subscriptions" (there are about 30 more waiting for the items to be re-stocked);

1 x AFV Club 1/35 IDF Magach 6 BAT (AFV-AF35309)
1 x Panda Hobby 1/35 M1296 Stryker Dragoon IFV (PH35045)

That is an evil system and it's use should be discouraged for the good of my pocket.
Having said that, it's not as bad as Hobby Link Japans's system which lets you order stuff on back order that you then forget about until you get a demand for payment 3 months later.  At least with BNA you have the option to not order it.

I know my wallet screams whenever I get one of these notifications - I scream if I don't get 2 or 3 (total_value≥$150), 'coz I'm a tight-@r$3 who doesn't like to pay for postage. ;D

Ebay says I've just won another Formaplane Hastings.  I am now replete with them so at least one is suitable for whiffing purposes.  I didn't win the Warwick the same seller had.  On reflection, I'd rather have the Warwick but, hey, sure I'll manage to get one at a later date.

New at my Stash.

Particularly like the look of this one

Long time ago, talking 60's, my Dad had taken me to Bovington Tank Museum. There was a display of a British WWI tank and there was also something that looked like that German one which IIRC was shell damaged. Looking on their website and there's no mention of it now.

IIRC the only surviving A7V is here in Australia.

Bovington has a modern replica of an A7V, but it was only built in 2009 according to Wikipedia.

The Germans copied Mephisto, the sole surviving A7 in Brisbane back in the early 1990s IIRC.   They then built an accurate replica which they have on display in Germany.  I am unsure if they created more, which is perhaps what the Bovington one might be.

Why, and who drove it there, and how long did the trip take?  :o

After WW1 a bunch of ANZACs, mistaking it for a shed, liberated it and brought it back here thinking it would be a good place to store the regimental lawnmower.

That's the one I've seen then.

I've just never seen the Krupp designation used before. Maybe Meng will come out with the Henschel version ?  ;)

It may well be April 1st in Aus, but it isn't over here yet.  ;D
