Esci 1/72 F-5B from Kitnut.

Cheers Robert!
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Interesting, not only had I forgotten they did a Staghound, but I don't think I even realised they did the AA version.

$45 total.....    No one bid on the Dominie and the others only had a couple bids beyond my initial ones. The wee 737...  sometimes to go for pretty expensive prices, not to mention the other two.  <_<

Then this thing for $80 free shipping and that was my hundred dollars plus over-budget....    ;D

I've been wanting one of these for awhile though, so... I mean.... what the hell is the point of even living if you don't do what you want at least some of the time.

The BD-5 is a lifeboat for the C-17, right?  ;D ;)
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage

Yo, that's not a bad idea!!!  I'd be likely to turn the C-17 into crammed packed passenger airliner anyway so it would be suitable. Or perhaps it could ACTUALLY be a flying cruise ship or something.  ;D

Well, from a good day of kits arriving to a bad day. This another thing I bought with my hard fought lawn mowing money. When I bought it, it looked like this:

What I got, was this pile of garbage:

OK, so, I'm a collector, too. If I wanted a Concorde to build, I could have gotten one half the price of this but I wanted the glorious box!!! I was going to stick it up on my wall where my other kits I enjoy to look at are sitting. Oh well. I'm not sure I should raise a stink or not. It was shipped in one of them flimsy bubble wrap envelopes but then again if the parcel service crushes things it isn't necessarily the senders fault. Also, I hate to even mess with stuff like this so I'm contemplating just tossing it into the stash and trying find another to buy.

All that said, this is my first Concorde so I'm happy to have it... it just cost too much.  ;D

I agree about the Braniff Concorde box, it's awesome, and I've never even seen a pic of the box before.  :o

But the plastic is dire, it's the original Airfix kit of the 1st prototype, and it's even a bad kit of that! For a class 1/144 Concorde the Revell kit's the winner.
