I don't know what the official rules are for whifs that are built by more than one modeler, but I would tend to think my Iowa carrier model would be ineligible from being nominated since I did not do the majority of the work in building the model.
So........I am going to bow out of the 2020 Whiffies. Sorry, folks.

Simplest solution to my mind would be to nominate both the builders as a joint build ?

When I created the Whiffies all those years ago I pretty much created the categories based on what was nominated.  I see no reason a joint category could not be set up if there were say at least 5 entries to choose from.
Would be a great opportunity for someone who prefers cutting and rearranging plastic but doesn't care for painting and someone who loves to paint and finish but just hates PSR.
Will leave it to TC to decide as he now has the reigns.

Sorry chaps, been a little busy with a certain upcoming Awards show. 

Anyhoo, so reading the first post of the build thread, it would appear that an individual started the build but then gave it up and a forum member took it on and substantially  completed it themselves to a high standard.

Yeah sorry, don`t see what the problem is here? Perfectly fine to be nominated as an individual effort as far as the Academy is concerned.
