As always, please supply a description of what and by who, a picture of the build and a link to the thread. (Humour is optional.....) ;D

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

May I propose to the Academy our colleague Zenrat's  heavy construction equipment.  A worthy addition to the wheels and tracks category.

(He says he wants to do more work on it. I reckon it's worthy of a nomination as is!

Thanks, I do appreciate that but can I be allowed to finish it?  I don't have much to do now.  I have a May 19th deadline and i'm confident it'll be done by then.
There will be better photos then as well.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

I'm sure that the Academy will allow a degree of gilding the lily.

Members of the Academy, please will you allow this nomination to stand even though the artist wishes to indulge in a modicum of  final titivation?   It might be considered the equivalent of a "Director's Cut"

Yet another of Harro's masterpieces, the Jet Belfast, aptly named 'Titan'. This entered in the 'Why the DEVIL didn't they do it for real?' class.

I would like to please ask that nobody nominate my Iowa Carrier Conversion model which is here.
http://www.whatifmodellers.com/index.php/topic,43100.0.html
I don't know what the official rules are for whifs that are built by more than one modeler, but I would tend to think my Iowa carrier model would be ineligible from being nominated since I did not do the majority of the work in building the model.
So........I am going to bow out of the 2020 Whiffies. Sorry, folks. :( :( :(

Modeling isn't just about how good the gluing or painting, etc. looks. It's also about how creative and imaginative you can be with a subject.
My modeling philosophy is: Don't build what everyone else has done. Build instead what nobody has seen or done before.
