QuoteWell most of u will have seen it already on my site. so for those who havent heres the link Twin Boom Whirlwind
So wonderful      , I will post the picture with the adress with the Twin-Whirlwind topic, so much enriched by this pod-and-booms P-38-like version.
Martin, are you the one that built it? or just the photographer? Anyway, this is a wonderful discovery. :)
Below, the wonderful Twin-boom Whirlwind in the Modelkraft 2005 topic of MartinH's great gallery http://groups.msn.com/TheWhatifandoddballm...ge/shoebox.msnw (go and enjoy! Thanking Martin...)
Martin will confirm if this is a Westland/Higgs model or else.

To complete further the collection of Twin-Mustangs, so poor in the sad World called Reality, here is the P-82x Xternal-fins.
Some may imagine rear guns, I prefer rear camera in some acrobatic team or something...

Soon I will start a topic about definition, I guess. As a preview, here is a collection of Twin-Mustang: genuine twin-plane twin-fuselage, genuine twin-boom, twin-fin and double, twin "pod-and-boom". Just a beginning... :)

You left out single fuselage, twin-engined, and twin-verticals.  A development of the one I discussed with you.

Yes, addition: twin-engine-vertical + 1 fuselage-pod = twin-fuselage+1pod, P-38-like... (if I have understood)
Why?
1) What-if...?
2) Good as glider tug...

other reading of Evan's words: twin-verticals on the single fuselage + 2 engines... Which one is the good one?

This comes closest to what I was thinking of, but I was stepping back to the one I submitted for your consideration, sometime back, that was based on a P-51B with the "razorback".

Do you mean: "a twin-fin version of your Twin-Mustang concept page 115 of 'Virtual Mustang'?"

Quote"a twin-fin version of your Twin-Mustang concept page 115 of 'Virtual Mustang'?"
Yes, "twin-tail" as "twin-fin"...
I hope the Webmaster will move my Mustang topic here, for me to handle more easily the Twin-Mustang subjects... :)

And I... succeed in coming back to the twin-fuselage subject, with a TM-Concept²... :) Thanks Evan for teasing me up to create this new one...

Why 2 fuselages so close? For me: fun :D , for the militaries: radar+guns  ...

here is the Ju 87Z of my nightmare, twice frightening...
The converging fuselages are not a mistake, this is just a way for pilots/bombers to focus on the target to "kill better"... Lord I do not like warplanes, especially with swastikas...
