Patience, patience, my dear chap.  I intend to do a grand reveal.   Actually, I hate taking photos, they never work out.   :banghead:

Working on M103 now.  Bit of a trial with loads of parts, some unnecessary IMHO.  The kit has errors in it, I am well aware but it will do for a What If scenario.

OK, I am back on deck now.

God I have come to hate this Dragon M103 Heavy Tank kit.  It is a right bugger to put together.  It has taken over two months to get to this stage.  The damned mudguards won't bloody well stick!  I've also lost a grab rail from the turret.  Bloody carpet monster!   Not enjoying this at all.  Not at all.  Grrrr.    :banghead:

Worry not!!  The missing mudguards are a field modification to help clear the treads in adverse conditions, and the grab rail devoured by the carpet monster was damaged and removed by an incompetent mechanic at base.  As we all know, with a good backstory one can blarney one's way out of most situations!

Thank'ee for your concern.

The grab rail I will replace with wire.  The mudguard is reattached with oodles of glue this time.  Hopefully it will stick.  I've also had to reattach two wheel arms (with wheels attached).

This kit is an abortion.  I do not recommend it.   :banghead:

I have discovered my mojo once more.  I have a kit for the In The Navy group build on the go!

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

Hopefully this will prompt me to use all those nice decals you have printed for and which present languish in the Decal Drawer at the moment, Kit.  ;)

Hopefully they've stood the test of time!  :o

I found some of my older prints curled up radically in the water after standing for a year or two, but the more recent ones, printed on different paper, don't do that.

Good to hear the mood has returned Brian
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.
