My latest finished project. Built for a what-if group build on Mainlymilitarymodelling.

I can see some now, an RAF Hawkeye in Hemp with the rotodome in black and white.

It looks very smart and believable.  :thumbsup:
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Can't see the photos either ( all 404s ) but now I'm daydreaming about a Flight of Hawkeyes based at RAF Mount Pleasant in 1985...

Interesting.  I wasn't able to see them either until you reposted them, Kit.  Anyway, that aside, quite nice but I am unsure why the top of the radome would be painted white, like that...   :thumbsup:

I was just going to suggest a big full-diameter Type-B roundel...

Cracking build!  I expect an AEW.Mk.2 in RN slate grey next...?  Mostly the same but with extra matelot wiggly-amps bits.

Thanks for reposting them, don't know why they didn't show in the first instance. Went with black and white ala Sentry radome.

No probs, glad to help out.

It's odd how some sites just work with some browsers, I was lucky that my combo could see your stuff.
