Wow! Great!
And it is so harmonious, I had to check if it was actually unreal: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hawker_Hunter_variants
and the results is: congratulations again!
[the word "realistic" hurts my heart...]

Thank you the Aircraft is very real, it was a Hunter F4 converted to a T7 2 seater (its just that Hawkers elected to go with the Side be Side P1101 as apposed to the Tandem seater layout for the trainers)

Love it to bits, but where is the Leigh light in the nose?

That would be a T8 which will be a separate set from Freightdog along with the T8M. WF310 operating with Fradu did not have the light as it an ex RAF T7.

Excellent Geoff, that works MUCH better as a tandem than a side by side.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

That's a stunner! I could also see that being adapted for all-weather operations. With a crewman to operate a honking great radar system it would be a sleeker alternative to the CF-100 in NATO.

Sleek. It would also work well with a radome as a night fighter?

Don't forget that Colin is also doing it as the T8 with the light in the nose, the T8M with Blue Fox radar and a Tandem seat version of the P1130 radar equipped fighter. These other sets are due out at various stages during the rest of the year.

And yes I will be doing the T8's to go with my T7

The build is great and very straight forward as you can see I built this over a 15 day period which was probably about 4 -5 days work in total, the Airlife decals gave me al the decal options I could wish for doing a FAA example and they do two sheets for RAF Hunter options either single or two seaters which should appeal to some. Paints were from Hataka.

Excellent, thanks for sharing.  Have built my own using a conversion courtesy of OGL (pics elsewhere on the forum) and am really looking forward to the radar P1101 set later in the year.  There's a Hunter in the stash ready for it!

Years ago when I was taking whiffery baby steps I made a tandem 2-seat Hunter using a Matchbox Hunter plus Matchbox Meteor NF14 windscreen/canopy and a bit of a fuselage stretch (don't recall how I did that).  I was rather pleased with it but took no pictures and don't recall what happened to it.  I certainly don't have it now.  Shame, really, as I'd love to put it next to a 'real' tandem T7.  When I look back I had no idea at the time there really had been a tandem Hunter T-bird design.

Beautifully done, Geoff, super clean build as always.

Was there a reason for that Geoff.  Very nice build BTW

It's a lovely looking aircraft and model. Nice one Geoff
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.
