Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Well that's my models entered.  I had a chat with a bloke in the queue who had brought along a HUGE 1/35 D-Day beachhead diorama.  More than enough to fill a complete table.  Can't wait to see it set up.  It even had a section of railway track so I am expecting a rail gun or armoured train.
No arguments about classifications this year.
As always I managed to break something on one of my models.  This time I knocked off one of the Over Size signs on the front of the KrAz.  Really should take superglue with me.

Which this year is  at the opposite end of the hall from the canteen.  Conveniently next to Metro Hobbies and close to Modelart Australia.

Had a great day.
Spent far too much then met up with Comrade Harps and roamed the hall whiff hunting.
Found a few.  Pics soon (prolly tomorrow).

The big blue KrAz truck with the dozer on the trailer is now apparently the second best model commercial vehicle (over three tons) in Australia.
Which is nice.

Good show Fred, glad they appreciate some of your work anyway.

Thanks folks.  People saw stuff which hopefully got them thinking - that was the important thing.

Yup multi-turret tanks fascinate me, and it wasn't just the Soviets. As for the paper model, that's amazing. Every year at the MK Show there's a guy who has a large stand just full of paper models and every year it's different (normally a theme) and they are fantastic

Awesome job, that.

What scale was it please? Tamiya do the Super Seven in 1/24, like the one I did, and also in 1/12, but the big one's EXPENSIVE!  :o
