Painting the underside (not to be seen normally) into a single airplane, not compound mix anymore:

I have painted the side above (for the P-51J-21) and I should explain. The canopy will be black at the end, coloured with an ink pen but I had problems with that on the J.21P-51: the dry acrylic paint is blocking the pen head, so I have to avoid painting all the canopy sky blue at first (the way I did with enamel Humbrol paint).
So: first I left the canopy all without colour, ready to be coloured in black.
Then: I remembered the frame will be blue, so I added a little extra paint there:
