And as things have panned out I'll be able to get there for the first time ever.

What's the start times etc. and does the SIG have a stand there? I think OGL mentioned it at one stage.

My Bv-155 whiff is nearly ready and only needs the drop tanks adding and a coat of matt varnish. Along with a RAF P-8 Poseidon.

Every time I read the title of this thread I think your'e all popping off on a jaunt to the West Country for a nice cream tea  Keep forgetting there's a St Ive's in Cambridgeshire  :banghead: :banghead:

It seems it runs from 10 till 4, so not too lengthy.

I shall be there. Set up time is 9am, doors open at 10.

I will be spending time at the IPMS London table too.

I will be there. And I suspect so will the Venrable Mike McEvoy.

According to the plan ive seen burried way in a dark corner of the IPMS Brampton site, we have 3 tables to play with.  ;D
I always hope for the best.
Unfortunately,
experience has taught me to expect the worst.

Good thing I've got my big box AND the 'Snoopy Too' model then!

I will have a box of kits for sale too.

First appearance for the RAF P-8 Poseidon model I have is postponed to SMW as I haven't got the right varnish for it.

Pics of the SIG stand at the St Ives show today. It went pretty well, very packed in there with lots of club and SIG stands and oodles of traders too.

First a general view of our stand from one end, and then from left to right.

There was a big pillar in the middle here....

Note OGL hard at work doing research in the centre there.  ;D

There were very few Whiffs elsewhere in the show, but sometimes it's like that. Two that caught my eye were these two 'Egg Fighters', I specially like the two seater.

And this wonderful 'Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the lost Ark' scratchbuild, most impressive.

And lastly, just for Brad  ;D here's that purple Ju-52 with the 'Milka' decal scheme. See, we told you it was RW.  ;)

Thanks for the pic's, Kit!

Second that.

IIRC the two F-Egg104s come in a two pack.

<quick web seaech>

Yes.  Freedom Hobbies do a F-104 and TF-104 set.  They also do an F-5E/F-5F/RF-5E triple set.
I like their stuff.  Like the Meng Egg Models they have moved away from the pure egg look and are more caricature/cartoon.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.
