Im with Chris on this Fred..i had to look twice at that pic..my thought was they didnt make a Chippy with tricycle landing gear  :o

I did have a thought at one point about a twin engined conversion on a Chipmunk using 2 Tigermoth style engines.
If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

Another eggcraft completed for the Reggpublic of Eggstralia Egg Force.
Another Sheggyang J15 Flying Shark.  This time a Meng kit.  This comes with a pilot, working features (folding wings and moving hook), and a carrier deck crew figure (not yet completed).
Scheme is vaguely based on a RW RAAF Tiger Meet paint job.

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

I've just had it suggested that it looks ready for a 'Scramble Call'..................................  ;)  ;D

I can't make my mind up if it's a pugnatious stance, ready for anything or if it's holding back a bit and saying to the pilot "if you think I'm letting that catapult shoot me off the end of this ship you've got another thing coming matey"  :rolleyes:
