I have the same version of the Grumman Tiger, I am 2 thirds the way through  building it.  Keep your eye on the wings when  gluing and aligning  and the rear  landing gear can be a bit arsey.
Chris

Thanks for the tips Chris.  I also have one in the US Navy boxing.  One will be RAN FAA.  Don't know about the other yet.
Mine is going to be  a Folland  private  venture  as a bigger heavier  super sonic  follow on to the Gnat, built in  both two and single seater versions. Mine is  painted in a wraparound  camouflage scheme in service with the  RAF in the 1970's.

Ebay says I've won another Vulcan - wasn't one of the ones I was bidding on (lost one and t'other priced out on) but was one that was ending soon so cheeky low bid.

Original boxing too, so decent plastic.  Think this will be the Gulf War one.  Need another two - one for a tanker in Hemp/LAG and possibly one for conversion to an Atlantic.

From the transport  models  closing down sale  and via the post man, italeri North American  F-100 F sabre,2 seater. The shop is now closed down completely  which is a big shame. The sabre will be fleet air arm in the sixties  sometime  so will be all over sea grey  and in a sea vixens markings.  Could be armed with  firestreak missiles and fuel tanks, we shall see.

And ebay now says I've won the Magna VC10.  For the start price.  Which is nice.

That'll be a LOT of resin then!  :o

I've already got one for an RAF transport, I'm thinking a BOAC one for this one.

And yes, it's a LOT of resin.

And given the thickness of the Magna resin it will weigh a ton as well.

To be honest I didn't even know he'd done one.
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

I've won a 1/72 Revell Airbus A400M and a the Vickers Wellington Transport conversion set.  This should compliment the Lancastrian  and Halton  sets. Just need to buy the Shorts Stirling conversion set.

IIRC, I paid 90 for the Magna VC10 in 2007,.  How much is the Mach Poo abortion?

I think I've saved a few quid on that and from what I've been told, the Magna one is decidedly more accurate.

Very tempted with standard BOAC markings.

Why do parcels from different sources, however long between the times of their ordering, always seem to arrive on the same day?

From Metro Hobbies I got some PPP and some Mr Liquid Mask and to keep them company one of these.  Looks good in the box.  Has the Sky King markings amongst others.

And from HLJ.
Two sets of these to fit to a J-20 Mighty Dragon and a J-31 Gryfalcon, both in RAAF service.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.
