My bargain  Esci sea harriers  arrived  this afternoon.  It is different to  the one I sold a few years back in that it doesn't have the sea eagles in, not that it matters much.
Chris

If I remember correctly only the Hasegawa Sea Harrier came with Sea Eagles.

Gondor
The esci one i sold definitely had them in as the guy who bought it asked if they were  in the kit. I had earmarked them to go on something else, but left them. Its was a different  boxing  to this one, it was in a white  box, this one is in a red box.

Never seen them in an ESCI kit but not going to contradict you as I had probably bought enough for what I had planed at the time and none of them were the version you had.
Kind of thinking that the Matchbox kit may have had them too but not 100% sure

I doubt that the  missiles would  be an accurate representation of sea eagles either, going off the martel's they put in the jaguar .

1/72 Hasegawa Sea Harrier FRS Mk1 box art shows it with large missiles painted blue with orange stripes.

And doing a search for Sea Eagle missile gave me this pic.

I presume they are in the kit (although I wouldn't put it past Hasegawa to not include any munitions).  I have a couple of these so i'll have a rummage tomorrow if I remember.

I have  just  had a lo9k on scalemates too and the reviews  don't  say there is any sea eagles in the kits, and the one I  sold.has the same code as the one 3 have just bought. Strange  that. The guy who bought it was on the airfix tribute forum and he asked me  of it had the missiles, I  had taken them off the sprues to put them on something else.  Proper weird that one.  I  think I have  been too near the glue and paint fumes ;D ;D

Yup, back in the day they certainly including lots of things to put under wings, the F4 Phantom I keep for nostalgia reasons has almost as many parts for the munitions as for the air-frame. Then they just stopped including stuff and upped the prices exponentially  :-\
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Presumably that's the trials SHAR that John Farley mentions, and they surely are Sea Eagles, you can see the intake for the engine at the rear of the missile.

But are they Sea Eagles in that sprue pic? I can't see the intakes, in which case it'd be a Martel.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

They are the parts next to the pylons Kit, it's just that the intakes include the covers which were jettisoned as the weapon was from the pylon and are painted red/orange in the picture.

It's a really nice build, you'll enjoy it.

From Ebay

Xtrakit Hawker Hunter T.7

I'm hoping it's a better buid than some on Britmodeller have commented.

From Metro Hobbies today the postie dropped off a couple of rolls of Tamiya tape, a Tamiya weathering master set and one of these to make up the weight.

Another ebay win - a trio of Magna kits:
DH Hornet F1
Swift FR5 (to be another FB4/FGA4)
Polikarpov I-185

The latter was a mistake - I've an injection one somewhere and this had a firefly as the picture, so I stuck a tenner on it and realised later.  I like the look of the I-185 anyway, so I may just build it anyway, possibly in Comrade Ogilvy's markings.

I saw these and was half tempted, but then I knew I had more that I was going to build anyway and somehow I had a feeling that you were somehow the bidder !  ;D Didn't want to start a bidding war on something I didn't really need anyway!  ;D
Oh to be whiffing again :-(
