and a WWII Typhoon weapons set.

Nice isn't it

LOTS of scope there for sure. No idea what I'm going to hang them on yet, but I doubt it'll be a Typhoon.

Actually, how about hanging them on a modern day jet Typhoon, and watch the JMNs squirm?  ;D ;)

Tons of bits and bobs from The Wooksta this morning.  Lots of potential for whiffery!

The Magna on I won a week or so back has arrived.  That's another FGA4.

Finally, the Pegasus Swift I'd done a swap with Dave has arrived.  Possibly another airfield decoy.

I used some of mine on a Tempest.

As for hanging them on a modern day Typhoon ? Just put a label by the side saying "Post Covid 19 Budget Cuts"  ;)

Hehehe, I like that idea!

Another box from the Big H arrived this morning with lots of bits for my 1 week build, and an Airfix Gnat T1 kit so I can finish my CC2. (I've lost all the landing gear bits etc. :()

From the eBay fairy;

HobbyCraft 1/48 P-26C
Hasegawa 1/48 Spitfire Mk.IXc
So I got that going for me...which is nice....

After a longer period I won a low-bid article at ev!lbay, a Heller 1:72 Nieuport Delage NiD 622. Cries for different markings. Sweden, maybe?

PR19_Kit

A veritable LIBRARY of RAF roundels and squadron markings from The Wooksta!  :o

Lee said he'd send me a few for my JP6, but I've now got every size and variation of RAF 1960s-70s roundel on the planet.  ;D

TOP MAN Lee, thanks very much.

Or Danish perhaps ? We don't see that many Danish wifs. It's not a bad kit at all for its time. Nice buy

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

I remember building both those Hasegawa kits when they first came out. I know what you mean about the box art, it certainly helped sell the kits and they weren't silly prices back then either.

That 2pdr will be small even in 1/35.

Opel artwork makes the driver look almost zombie like ? Maybe that's how he avoided the attention of those P-38's ?

My eldest daughter, the one who's NOT in the RAF, sent me a 1/72 Airfix Defiant for a Father's Day pressie.

Can't help but love a daughter who thinks like that.  ;D

The Wooksta!

It's a lovely easy kit to just throw together.  It's one of my favourite Airfix new tools that isn't a Spitfire.
