The Wooksta!

Picked up a KPM Cessna Crane from Uncle Frank this morning.  Hannants still haven't sent that new tool Brick I'd ordered, not the shedload of paint either.

The Aerocraft Buccaneer S1 conversion has arrived though.  And I was gifted an Alleycat nose for a Meteor NF11.

That has been tempting me.  Also as a civilian version.  In your opinion is the parts breakdown sensible or have they done a Takom and broken it does to the nth degree?

Shouldn't have bought it but after tax and shipping it was just under $30 and I wanted it. Caused a bit of grief for a few days but all is well now and it's in the stash.  ;D

I'll militarize mine. If I can find a set of decals for a real world military version I'll be doing that. If not, I'll just make a whif out of it.

Mine has just appeared out of 'mid-deep' stash. I think the plan has 'always' been Royal Flight, at least I am pretty sure I have the decals for it some where. Basically when I bought it ages ago there was a plan, but the details are a little hazy with the passage of time!  ;D
Oh to be whiffing again :-(

Zenrat   I don't know with the parts breakdown as ive only had a quick look in the box,  as some of the sprues have a thin foam padding over sections, sorry.

I'd sit tight and leave them in the stash - the rebox is out so we're likely to see a couple of decal sheets emerge soon.

If you are referring to DH Herons, then for information - the AirDecal sheet (7204) has options for two Royal Flight Herons, a Red/Blue one with white trim and Silver/Blue one with white trim

Scalemates lists a heap of transfer sheets for Herons.  Not clear if they are current or not.

Hanants lists four transfer sets including one for Brenda's personal plane.

You just beat me to it  ;D  ....was just doing the same search - the Royal Flight ones are now by 26 decals rather than Airdecal

I quite like the Dan Air scheme shown on Scalemates.  I used to know a bloke who flew for them.
