IIRC they only did 4:
Spitfire Tr9 (Dutch markings and geared to go with the Matchbox mk 9)
BAe Jestream (Navy and RAF markings)
Lancastrian (BOAC decals)
Bell 206 Jetranger (using the Matchbox Kiowa as a donor)

And surprisingly, I have examples of all of them ---- hmm!  The Jetranger though, looks like a re-pop of the Rare Plane one, as I have one of those too and they're identical (both in clear styrene too)

I've got a Rareplanes one too, but it's a chicken and egg situation, which one was first?

Airfix Dominie T.1 (Vintage Series boxing) for realworld build courtesy of having a vastly superior decal sheet compared to the one in the stash, which will be whiffed as either a 51 Sqn Dominie R.1 or a 360 T.2 alternative to the Canberra T.17.

Rareplanes, the M&E one used the Matchbox Kiowa which was released in 1987. The M&E one dates from 1989/1990 as I rememeber a review around that time.

I just dug my M&E Jet Ranger conversion out, but can't find the Rareplanes one.

The M&E has the two cabin halves moulded in clear with the boom moulded in grey styrene, and the instructions say to mix and match it with an M'box TH-57 SeaRanger, except it seems they never made one.................... An OH-58 Kiowa, yes, but not a TH-57 of any sort.

It has decals for a Bristow's civvie chopper, an IDF Jet Ranger and a TH-57.

My memory's telling me the Rareplane one is one piece per side vacform in clear, cabin and boom, , and pics on the Scalemates site seem to agree with that.

I'm almost tempted, but there's no 72nd Airwolf to go with it.

Typo maybe?  https://www.scalemates.com/kits/mande-models-kc004-bell-jetranger-th-57-sea-ranger--146020 suggests the conversion enabled a SeaRanger, so the instructions meant the Kiowa?

Not styrene as memory serves, but acetate. Just like Vaxform canopies, which are, as usual, a pig to glue.

Yes, I think that's what it is, acetate. I have a couple of neat RCAF decals to go on the ones I have, the instructions say to use parts from a Italeri Kiowa, however I've manage to get a couple of Italeri Jetrangers instead. I think these vacuforms I have will stay as a collectors item.

Yes it is Kit, and now I can't find the M&E one I have, and I had both of them out not long ago because all I can find right now is the Rare Plane kit.
