Assuming that's the recently tooled fabric wing Mk I, then it's a lovely kit (built 3 and have another 2 in the stash) but just take your time with the fit of the undercarriage

Received a parcle from the big H today

1 x 1/72 Airfix Bolton Paul Defiant
1 x 1/72 Quickboost Defiant Mk.1 Gun Barrels to replace the misshapen Airfix ones
1 x 1/72 Montex Mini Mask for the B.P. Defiant Airfix

The Masks, the Turret from the kit, the Gun Barrels along with some of the glazeing are going to be donated to my Defiant Naval while the rest will become a single seat fighter.

Floatplane-ize it? The venerable Revellobox Fairey Seafox could be a reasonable fit, plus then you could convert that to a landplane, "Fairey Red Fox"

Today I got a small packet from Blue Rider in the UK.  These are for the captured GB if I finish the first two builds in time.

I would say put it in Irish colours but they had the Hawker Hector, a very similar machine with a worse engine. Saying that...

An eBay win brought me four pristine M'box kits, a Lysander, a Gladiator, a Seafox and a HS 125-600.

I only really wanted the last two, but I'm sure the others will come in handy for something.

Long time no post, but here's everything from memory since the last post:

Won this bad boy on ev!lbay after an intense bidding war at the last minute, still paid less than what others wants for 1 with the BIN option:
1/400 Mirage Hobbies USS Ward, to be turned into her sister ship, USS Walker from the Destroyermen universe

Got these 3 together on ev!lbay as a lot up for bid:
Airfix Golden Hind (makes ×2)
Airfix Mayflower
Heller Santa Maria

These two, I had to pay a decent price for (too much but youthful nostalgia won out):
1/144 Dougram (Battletech Shadow Hawk (Unseen))
1/144 Dougram Jakt (Shadow Hawk)

And lastly two small scale Shermans:
Airfix 1/76 M4 Sherman, early production turret
Italeri 1/72 M4A1 Sherman, mid production turret and late production hull.
