I  am struggling to think of a  name for said aircraft  and I am not far off finishing it.  It will be in 19 squadron markings RAF Germany  sometime in the sixties.  All the "good " names  are taken so any and all names are  welcome
Cheers

No idea at the moment, but a brute like that certainly shouldn't be saddled with anything dainty.  ;D

Dunno about aviation  provenance, but it's a Royal Navy warship name of great renown and antiquity. There is also the Viking, Varangian, Vicious, Vulpine and Vortex.   Find the list of 1WW  V and W class destroyers for further ideas.

See above.  I'm using that name as a Federation ship in my Blake's 7 PGP and it'll be the name for my Ares class Star Trek ship.  Any and all of my Star Trek ships are going to have Royal Navy names - ANYTHING with US connotations is a no go.

Just  had a quick  Google of the name  and there were several  warships  built by Vickers Armstrong  that had the name  swiftsure. Sounds more than appropriate to me

You've got a nice window of opportunity between the cruiser HMS Swiftsure being scrapped in 1960 and the submarine HMS Swiftsure being ordered in 1967.

Voluptuous?  ;)

WHAT?!  :o

A more inappropriate name for a 559 would be difficult to imagine!
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)
