I have booked my hotel but this time I haven't paid them directly because they offer no refunds. Instead I've gone through Booking.com who offer a free cancellation but charge more at the end.
I plan to be sneaky and when the show is confirmed I'll pay the lower rate up front and cancel the Booking.com offer...

I spoke too soon. They've just sent an email cancelling all stays at my accommodation. That's including November. I think they're jumping the gun a bit there.
