Hi team,
I found this posted at Britmodeller and I don't think I've never seen such excitement for a kit that isn't an aircraft (or Spitfire :P)!

There is a front/back section with doors and a middle section, so you can build a whole hangar of your own length, or just a part for a smaller diorama.

I've never built this sort of kit but it is seriously tempting!

Odd scale though.  Or is it intended for model railways?

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Those are cool. I'd be tempted to just build your own from card or wood. Of course I've been saying that for 20 years now and still haven't built one..... :banghead:

There has been a lot of scale chat about this over at Britmodeller, consensus is that it works for 1/72 but is closer to 1/76.

If anyone's feeling generous...

I googled 20mm scale and got 1/87 which is either HO or OO, I can't remember which.

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Thanks Kit.

How do I remember which is which?

I know.  Picture Kenneth Williams and Hattie Jaques in Matron uniform.  "OO you're a big one".  That'll do it.

It looks to me that you would want 3 or 4 mid sections for a decent sized T2.
That footprint would eat up display space  ;D.......And you lot think my P1000 Ratte takes up loads of room lol
I always hope for the best.
Unfortunately,
experience has taught me to expect the worst.

Size (of the stash) matters.

Baz used to have a half hangar or hangar front that he used in a lot of his pics. It looked like the typical RCAF buildings of the time. I'll have to see if I can find pics of it here still.

It does!

Not as much as my A-400M 'Snoopy Too' does.  ;D

Both come in handy on a SIG display when you're short of participants and models though.
