Usually I tie this in with that Oscars toot and for some reason I had it in my head that the Oscars were going to be late February like last year. Turns out they are not ......

The highlight of my year is The Whiffie Awards!

I didn't realise until the other day that if you want a star on the "Rock and Roll Hall of Fame" you put yourself forward and then pay for it, job done

Ok, so a quick update in that I`ve booked some days off at the end of the month to start going through everything.

When that`s done, I`ll start sorting out the voting polls which will run for the usual two weeks. Say, give it a week, to sort out the winners, cash the bribe cheques, come up with some funnies and a cracking intro and I reckon we are looking at the Awards taking place sometime within the first two weeks of April.

Apologies for the delay, work, family and Phantom, (not necessarily in that order), keep getting in the way........
