Years ago, I made already the drawing of Lightning-Savoia (55/66/77) derivatives, but not seaplanes (and different also as having several booms, a mix also with the Burnelli layout):

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Thanks! ;D
while, ahem, those landplanes do not match the Navy subject... :-\
but, without Burnelli influence, the preliminary designs of this Lockheed lakeplane included flying wing, canard and several rear booms layouts: <_<

I add several 3-engined versions: <_<

There were also single tail versions: <_<

Then 3 PECP versions (Pusher Engine Cockpit Pod): <_<

More modern versions were designed without beams but they were rejected as "not Savoia-like enough"... :-\ ;D

Some P-38/S-55 mixes were also inspired by the Savoia 21, 51, 87:

The same with the Savoia 64, 65, 93:

I imagine  with 2 hulls they'd make good fire bombers scooping  up water .

You are very right  <_< but... is it possible in English language to say something as "Firefighting Navy" (because the word Navy was said "mandatory" for this GB)?

Sure - Naval Fire-bombers, for when that fire absolutely, positively has to be out NOW:)

You could also make it a quick-response medical/disaster relief unit, to speedily bring help to far-flung disaster areas - such as tsunami relief.  Or, a traveling medical clinic to make periodic rounds of Pacific island areas such as Tonga & Solomon Islands area.  I'm sure the NZ Navy would take that on, if funding & equipment became available.  :)
