Puppets, nah. Now Gabrielle Drake in UFO however...

UFO does 'fan service' before the term 'fan service' was invented  :

Did you have a secret "thing" for Marina then ?

I fancied the other "token" female in the control room  ;)

Getting a bit pervy there, Chris!

Put the puppet down and step away from the puppet!

I was sweet, innocent and 12. Well I was 12

Yeah, but which one was the token female ?
If I'm not building models, I'm out riding my dirtbike

crudebuteffective

How about a chicken or egg build

Jet engines were invented before we went monoplane etc

Tanks were in use before camouflage etc

Turrets for ships were fitted before engines etc

Hope you get the idea
Remember, if the reality police ask you haven't seen us in ages!
When does "old enough to know better" kick in?

If I remember correctly she was the Commanding Officer's (the guy behind the desk) daughter ? Lt Atlanta Shore - I kid you not  ;D

Shows how innocent we were back then. Can you imagine today's 11/12 years old's watching a puppet show ?

Ok one from me.

Virtual to reality and vice versa.

So you produce a physical model from one of the graphical images on the site or you produce some graphics from one of the physical models on site ?

Alternatives other than wheels for the landing gear of aircraft.
Skis, pontoons, caterpillar tracks,  floats and air cushions are allowed .

Gondolas
Not just for aircraft or watercraft,  an alternative to a bridge  or mode of transport.

Aerotrains
This should stir some interest for some whiffery,  scale not restricted as these will be static concept models either based on 'Real World ' or whatever your imagination desires.

I like that idea. I'd predict a plethora of 3D models of PantherG's work.  ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Right gents, I'm going to give this another 7 days or so and then I'll close it down and start to pull things together and organise the poll.

Whilst I'm pulling things together I'll also finalise what 'm going to do with some of the more unlikely suggestions. I'll probably go down the path of organising a quick "are there any seconders" thread, but we shall see.

I'm too lazy to go back and check (and it's passed my bedtime) but has anyone suggested World War One as a theme?

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

No problems. I'd rather have multiple asks then people miss out with their ideas.

Not sure what you mean by this ?

I like it. Could also include the various conflicts involving the newly created Baltic States, Poland, Ukraine and those involving German Freikorps as well as Reds v Whites. The period between 1918 and 1923'ish is extremely complicated in historical terms and I have just the book to explain it all  ;)

I've read two books that try to explain it all twice each and I still don't understand it...
